Delete your data
You can ask us to permanently delete your nertie account and all related data at any time (Art. 17 GDPR / DSGVO).
How to request deletion
- Send a short email to talktous@nertie.com from the inbox linked to your nertie account.
- A subject like "Delete my account" is enough.
- We confirm receipt within a few working days and then erase your profile, your collections, all items and any associated media.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile (name, email address, profile picture)
- All collections you own, together with their items, images and comments
- Your memberships in collections owned by others
- Registered passkeys and linked sign-in methods (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Active sessions and API tokens
What we keep for a short period
Server log files may contain anonymised access data and are automatically deleted after no more than 14 days. If you used a paid feature through your account, we only retain receipts as required by tax or commercial law — anonymised or to the legally required extent.
